I thought i knew it all.....till i started reading:
Many (many) years ago i decided to go all in on personal development.
I was frustrated
I knew i wasn't living my true potential
I was living my life on terms other than my own.
I came across the 4 stages of competence which enlightened me, drove a desire to make a change and take the path to "become the best version of myself". I knew there was so much i "didn't know - i didn't know" and a habit of the highly successful was to read and hence i spend many hours reading books or listening to audio books.
Here is a selection of those that i highly recommend and will read again in the years ahead.
Let me know any that you highly recommend.
Enjoy!
FYI: 4 stage of competence: Unconscious incompetence (Ignorance), Conscious incompetence (Awareness), Conscious competence (Learning), Unconscious competence (Mastery)

The Journey Beyond Yourself
Who are you? When you start to explore this question, you find out how elusive it really is.
Are you a physical body? A collection of experiences and memories? A partner to relationships?
Each time you consider aspects of yourself, you realize that there is much more you than any of these can define. In this book, spiritual teacher Michael Singer explores the question of who we are and arrives at the conclusion that our identity is to be found in our consciousness, the fact of our ability to observe ourselves and the world around us.
